The Bloody Truth (Part Two)

The Bloody Truth, Part Two tells the story of the San Angelo, Texas, Dog Leash Killer. This story is close to my heart, as it is the story of my brothers-in-law. Ted Calvin Cole (now known as Kalil Adbul Jabir), and his younger brother Michael Dean Hickey entered the home of the grandfather of Michael's wife, Kelly. After spending the day with the old man, Ted put a dog leash around his throat and choked the life out of him. Michael then took $20 out of the old man's wallet, bought beer and bacon and spent the evening in the house. Michael and his wife turned themselves in the following morning and Ted was arrested soon after.
